Project Life Cycle- Land to Sale
1. Land Acquisition
The first step in our project life cycle involves identifying and acquiring prime land. Our experienced team conducts thorough research and due diligence to find suitable land that meets our clients' needs. We handle all legalities and negotiations, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free acquisition process.
2. Planning Permission
Once the land is acquired, we proceed to secure planning permission which we pay for as a company. Our team works closely with local authorities and planning consultants to obtain the necessary approvals. The architects that we use have extensive experience in this field. This step adds significant value to the land and prepares it for development.
3. Project Management
With planning permission in place, our dedicated project management team takes over. We carry out audits to ensure that we are marketing the land to the right developers and line up potential buyers. Our goal is to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
4. Sale
Market the completed land uplift for sale. Engage with potential buyers and property developers, negotiate terms in line with the land and finalise transactions. We ensure a smooth handover process for the client and also the developers acting as the management agent.
